Craft and Retailers Trading Space Application Form

All Craft & Retail Traders wishing to book space should complete this form and forward a non refundable deposit of £50 per space.

Now available for 2008 – An ‘early booking discount’* is available to those wishing to book and pay a deposit before 28th February 2009.  A sizeable saving of £25, making the booking fee for the 3 days only £155 (single trading space).

* Offer only available up to and including 28th February 2009.  Trader’s application forms received after this date will be charged the standard booking fee of £180 per single trading space.

Failure to disclose your full product range could mean that you are asked to move after you have set-up.

If you book open space do you intend to erect a marquee or awning?

* If you are booking outside space you MUST give details of the colour, type and material of your marquee or awning, even if you are a repeat trader and your stall remains the same as previous years. It is very important that you fill out this box carefully and fully as the quality and material of your marquee or awning, and its decoration, will determine its location on the Festival site plan. For example, those Traders with plastic or modern stalls will be sited on Market Lane or Kid's Kingdom.

Your representatives MUST be dressed in medieval costume.

Bookings:

Choose the number of outside spaces 3 x 3 m (10 x 10 ft) OR marquee spaces 2 x 2 m (6 x 6 ft ) @ £180.00 per space. Confirmation of the trading area in which you will be allocated space will be determined upon booking.

The Director's decision is final.
